DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a full time Billing/Administration Support Representative at our office in Tempe, Arizona. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized individual to join a team of dedicated professionals. This role will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify and process daily invoices using ERP systems
- Provide a variety of administrative support tasks across the department
- Ensure job labor is billed correctly on each job ticket
- Audit job costs entered in the billing system
- Understand production goals and month end processing requirements
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Prior billing/office experience and work within an ERP system is preferred
