Introduction to team

Expedia Group B2B connects partners across the travel industry to our leading technology, supply, and services - helping them deliver seamless travel experiences to their customers. From airlines and hotels to financial institutions and other travel platforms, we power smarter, faster, and more impactful travel solutions through the most connected marketplace in the world.

As part of Expedia Group B2B’s Partner Operations team, you’ll lead APAC partner support operations and help ensure partners and hotel partners receive timely, accurate, and effective support. This Singapore-based player/coach role combines hands-on case management with coaching and workflow leadership for Senior Operations Analysts across Singapore and Tokyo. You’ll help strengthen operational excellence, partner relationships, and scalable support practices within a rapidly growing regional program.

In this role, you will

• Serve as a primary operational contact for partner and hotel partner inquiries, managing case queues and resolving escalations with speed and accuracy.

• Triage and coordinate cases across internal teams, tracking resolutions and improving workflows to deliver a consistent partner experience.

• Build trusted relationships with partners and collaborate with Account Management to understand needs and support successful outcomes.

• Coach and guide Senior Operations Analysts in Singapore and Tokyo, supporting onboarding, workload management, and day-to-day operational effectiveness.

• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, recommending process enhancements and contributing to the B2B Partner Operations playbook.

Experience and Qualifications

• You have 7+ years of experience in B2B operations, partner operations, customer operations, or a related field.

• You have experience working in dynamic, cross-functional environments and managing complex cases, competing priorities, and escalations.

• You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

• You have experience coaching or mentoring colleagues and coordinating workflows, workloads, or team activities.

• You are familiar with CRM or case management tools and use operational data or case trends to identify improvements.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience. Experience in travel, hospitality, online travel, or B2B technology-enabled services is helpful.
