Responsibilities
- Organize, clean, and maintain customer, prospect, and commercial information.
- Support Salesforce/CRM updates, data quality, list creation, and information management.
- Prepare basic reports and help identify relevant insights for the commercial team.
- Use AI and digital tools to improve productivity, research, and day-to-day processes.
- Support research on prospects, customers, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, and commercial activities when needed.
- Document processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows and data management.
- Support the sales team with operational, administrative, and data-related activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, data-related roles, or similar positions.
- Strong interest in data management, organization, and commercial operations.
- Ability to structure, maintain, and analyze information with attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in learning and working with Salesforce; previous training or experience with the platform is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding better ways of working.
- Interest in the commercial environment, sales processes, and customer relationships.
- Curious, adaptable, hands-on, and motivated to learn and grow.
- Currently based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
- B2 English proficiency or higher, both written and spoken.
- Previous exposure to Salesforce, whether through work experience, courses, certifications, or personal learning.
- Experience or interest in Sales Operations, Business Development, or Revenue Operations.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Interest in data analysis, automation, AI tools, and commercial technology.
- Experience working with U.S.-based or international teams.
