Lead a sales team growing SEER, shaping the Go To Market strategy for how we sell employee listening solutions to organizations. Build a strong sales team & culture, define & implement a sales motion & approach, work closely with our Marketing, Product & Customer teams to achieve triple digit year over year growth.

About the Team

Our team brings employee listening solutions to market, working across sales, product, marketing, and customer teams to help organizations improve employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coaching Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to deliver revenue growth and strengthen sales capability.

• Building pipeline, improving forecasts, and guiding complex sales cycles with human resources, CHROs and executive stakeholders.

• Coaching sellers through customer conversations and enterprise buying processes to improve outcomes.

• Partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to shape messaging, customer experience, and commercial strategy.

What we’re looking for

• Bring 5+ years experience leading SaaS sales teams and delivering revenue results.

• Bring experience selling employee listening, employee engagement, human resources technology, or a closely related solution.

• Demonstrate experience selling to human resources,CHROs, People, or executive-level stakeholders within mid-market or enterprise organizations.

• Demonstrate experience managing complex sales cycles and building reliable forecasts.

• Demonstrate strong coaching and people leadership skills, including developing sellers with different levels of experience.

• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.

• Demonstrate adaptability and sound judgment when developing sales approaches in an evolving business.

• Work from our Boston, Massachusetts office three days per week on a hybrid schedule.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
