Sales Manager – Perth

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to take ownership of a Perth-based territory. This role offers significant autonomy, while also contributing to the broader success of a high-performing sales team.

With an established client portfolio already in place, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive sustained revenue growth across a diverse customer base.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for growing and managing a territory that spans sole traders, professional services, local government and executives.  You will develop opportunities across a broad range of industries, including real estate, retail, government, trades and professional services.

You'll be a trusted advisor, brand ambassador, and commercially focused sales leader who can confidently engage with stakeholders at every level.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition across the territory.

• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio.

• Develop strong networks and strategic stakeholder relationships.

• Represent the organisation as a market-facing brand ambassador.

• Build relationships with executive-level decision makers and government stakeholders.

• Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Deliver accurate forecasting and territory planning.

• Manage territory profitability and contribute to P&L outcomes.

• Identify growth opportunities across key industry sectors.

About you:

You are an experienced sales professional who has successfully managed a territory or business unit and enjoys the freedom to operate autonomously.

You'll bring:

• 10+ years in B2B sales.

• Demonstrated experience building and growing a territory.

• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

• Strong networking and relationship management skills.

• Commercial acumen with sound numerical and analytical capability.

• Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and territory performance.

• A proactive, self-driven approach with a focus on results.

• The ability to build credibility across diverse customer groups.
