Puulse is hiring a Sales Manager to lead our Bell Canada field sales team in Ottawa. You'll manage a team of reps selling Internet, Mobility, TV and Home Phone door to door across the city. This role suits someone who enjoys developing people and staying close to the work. You'll be in the field, in the meetings, and in the numbers every day.

What You'll Do

• Coach reps daily, in person and in the field
• Onboard new reps, then develop them into strong closers
• Run daily sales meetings that keep the team focused
• Join ride-alongs and support your team on live deals
• Track performance, spot what's slipping, and act on it quickly
• Hit targets while building the next group of leaders on your team
• Partner with regional leadership on market growth

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in sales, ideally door to door
• A proven ability to motivate a team through slow days and strong ones
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A genuine interest in developing people, not just hitting a number
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
