Major Responsibilities:
To maximize shareholder value through long term and short term strategic and operational plans, and budget to achieve improved profitability of the department.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
To achieve maximum market penetration for the brand or brands sold.
To manage the Showroom and the Sales Team to achieve agreed profit levels and sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
To purchase vehicles for sale according to Company policy and procedures.
To maintain agreed budgeted inventory levels.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities.
Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
To ensure the satisfactory operations management of the department.
