As a Sales Excellence Operations Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand management within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that optimize sales operations and elevate brand presence. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your analytical skills to navigate complex challenges, build meaningful relationships, and mentor junior team members. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of stakeholders, interpret data to inform insights, and uphold professional standards, all while fostering personal growth and technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing brand management strategies to enhance market presence
- Conducting competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement brand activation plans
- Utilizing analytical thinking to assess brand performance and optimize promotional strategies
- Engaging with stakeholders to align brand objectives with business goals
- Managing marketing operations to support brand storytelling and communication efforts
- Leading content development initiatives to strengthen brand messaging
- Overseeing digital merchandising efforts to enhance brand visibility across platforms
- Implementing resource management techniques to maximize efficiency in brand projects
- Monitoring and adapting to market trends to maintain brand relevance
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

• 2–4 years in data analysis, business research, or operations support.
• Stakeholders management.
• Creating executive-ready materials (newsletters, playbooks, storytelling).
• English: Advanced level (oral-written). Meetings with leadership, develop content/materials.
• Digital Tools: MS suite. Powerpoint & Excel advanced. PowerBI: user level and capacity to provide relevant insights and actionable proposals.
• Softs skills: project mgmt & priorization skills, excellent communication skills, capability to build strong relationships at all levels, highly organized, detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work, problem-solving, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  
  What Sets You Apart
  
  - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Advertising, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Consumer Studies, Design, e-Business, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Relations
