You’ll lead the ongoing improvement of the digital platforms, reporting and insights that underpin our approach to safety and wellbeing. Working across Safety, Technology, Digital, Data and HR teams, you’ll turn business needs into practical solutions that are easy to use, support informed decisions and strengthen the way we manage risk.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values curiosity, sound judgement and fresh thinking. With visibility across the broader business, this role offers meaningful challenges and plenty of scope to grow.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Shape the roadmap for safety and wellbeing technology, keeping our systems aligned with business priorities, regulatory needs and emerging trends.

  • Act as Product Owner for key digital solutions, partnering with Technology teams and external providers to manage performance, improvements and future enhancements.

  • Explore how AI and other emerging technologies could simplify processes, improve adoption and support better safety outcomes.

  • Lead strategic projects from planning through to implementation, supporting change and helping team members get the most from new solutions.

  • Lead and support a digital systems specialist, creating an environment where ideas, ownership and professional development are encouraged.

About You

You’re someone who can connect the dots between people, processes, technology and risk. You enjoy working through complex problems, but you’re equally focused on making the end result practical and straightforward for the people who use it.

You’ll be comfortable building relationships across different teams and translating technical or regulatory requirements into clear actions. You bring an open, collaborative approach, communicate with confidence and know how to create support for change rather than simply introducing a new system or process.

What you’ll need

  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts, risk management and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Experience designing, developing or improving digital platforms and business processes.

  • Experience in in safety data, reporting and analytics,

  • Experience leading projects and supporting technology-enabled change.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.

  • The ability to plan effectively, manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.

  • A relevant qualification in health and safety, or a related discipline.

  • Experience leading or developing others would be beneficial.

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
