The Position

• 建立并维系与区域政府决策部门及核心智囊机构的战略合作关系；制定并落地区域市场准入策略，推动产品加速纳入多层次医疗保障体系并实现报销覆盖最大化；深度协同区域业务团队，确保持续、顺畅的医保落地与报销执行。Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with regional government authorities and key think tanks. Formulate and execute regional market access strategies to accelerate product inclusion into multi-level reimbursement schemes and maximize coverage. Collaborate closely with the Regional Business Team to ensure seamless reimbursement implementation.
• 确保区域准入策略与产品核心策略的深度协同；基于全生命周期管理要求及新政策环境，制定并落地区域市场准入计划。通过优化医保报销政策、前瞻性化解准入风险与壁垒，持续最大化患者的用药可及性。Ensure strategic alignment between regional market access initiatives and core product strategies. Formulate and execute regional access plans grounded in lifecycle management and the evolving policy landscape. Optimize reimbursement policies, proactively mitigate risks and barriers, and maximize patient accessibility.
• 确保中央准入策略在团队内的协同与高效执行；建立并维护区域内医疗及卫生技术（HTA）领域的关键利益相关者关系；全方位支持从中央到省级及区域层面的市场准入工作。Ensure alignment and execution of central market access strategies within the team. Manage key stakeholders in the medical and health technology (HTA) sectors. Provide comprehensive support for market access initiatives at national, provincial, and regional levels.
• 构建并运营区域市场准入平台，确立与政府部门的长期战略合作机制，统筹相关项目的落地实施。深度研判区域医药政策趋势，为业务决策提供智力支持，并赋能区域业务团队，确保政策信息的精准传达与应用。Establish and operate regional market access platforms, ensuring the effective execution of collaborative projects. Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with government authorities. Analyze and interpret key regional healthcare policies to support business decision-making, while empowering local commercial teams with actionable policy intelligence.
• 构建区域跨职能协作与资源整合平台，统筹各部门资源以最大化利用效率；强化部门间协调机制，确保公司级项目中的深度协同，共同驱动区域业务目标的达成。Establish a cross-functional collaboration and resource integration platform within the region. Orchestrate inter-departmental coordination to maximize resource efficiency, ensuring seamless synergy on corporate projects to drive the achievement of business objectives.

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书: 本科及以上, 医学、药学、药经或相关领域优先考虑

Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and policy affairs.至少2年医药行业及政策事务相关工作经验。
• Specialization: Possess at least 4 years (please verify) of experience in reimbursement account management.具备至少2年政府客户管理经验。
• Project Management: Proven track record in project management and execution.具备出色的项目管理与落地执行能力。
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong professional relationships.卓越的人际沟通与影响力，善于建立并维护稳固的业务关系网。
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, passionate, and highly self-motivated.工作积极主动，富有激情，具备高度的自我驱动力。
