Integrity Home Care by BAYADA is currently looking to add a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to our Joplin, MO Assistive Care State Programs team.

Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse Manager (RN):
- You will visit our geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Joplin, MO and surrounding areas.
- You will communicate with clients, field staff, office, and clinicians.
- You will supervise and support staff in the field.
- You will facilitate new hire orientation for staff
- You will participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff to provide exceptional care
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse Manager (RN):
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Experience under 2 years will be considered for a Clinical Associate position.
- Home Care experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
- Experience with assessments preferred.
