RN Clinical Supervisor – Private Duty Nursing

What You'll Do

✔ Complete patient assessments and admissions

✔ Develop and oversee individualized care plans

✔ Conduct supervisory visits and ensure quality patient care

✔ Medication reconciliation and clinical oversight

✔ Mentor and support field clinicians

✔ Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

✔ Step in to provide hands-on patient care when needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
Experience in private duty nursing
Experience overseeing field-based clinical staff
Current CPR certification
Ability to provide hands-on patient care as needed
Willingness to travel within the service area
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership or supervisory experience in home health or private duty nursing
Experience with quality improvement or clinical program support
Minimum 2 years of home health care experience
Knowledge of state home care regulations, supervisory visit documentation requirements, and private duty care standards
Experience with charting and care plan documentation

We were established in 1997 as Alacrity Staffing to provide healthcare personnel to hospitals, nursing facilities, and other medical entities throughout the country. As time went on, our focus shifted from facility-based staffing to personalized one on one care at home because we recognized the need for a smooth and safe transition from the hospital/facility setting to care in the home and our name changed to AdvisaCare Home Health.
