Job Description SummaryAt PwC, our people in data and analytics engineering focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Those in artificial intelligence and machine learning at PwC will focus on developing and implementing advanced AI and ML solutions to drive innovation and enhance business processes. Your work will involve designing and optimising algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and application of Generative AI models and advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
Oversee risk management administrative tasks by effectively communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Manage and execute end-to-end projects, including clarifying requirements, devising research approaches, and ensuring timely delivery.
Lead R&D initiatives to ensure the team remains at the forefront of AI advancements.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the team by sharing expertise and best practices.
Requirements:
Master's or Ph.D. degree in a Quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) with at least 5 years of working experience.
Extensive experience with LLMs, Open Source, Big Data, Machine Learning, and numerical programming frameworks.
Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams effectively.
