We are looking for passionate and detailed orientated person to join our team as Returns Clerk. You will be covering below duties:

Responsibilities:

• Supports intake, data entry, and case/order updates using approved templates and checklists to meet defined turnaround times.

• Coordinates missing information and confirmations with teammates and approved external contacts to enable clean handoffs.

• Contributes accurate records, logs, and notes in the system of record and verifies completeness before submission.

• Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, privacy/security, and quality requirements; escalates items outside procedure with clear context.

• Tracks personal queue, priorities, and due dates; reports progress and risks early to supervisors.

• Supports basic reconciliations by comparing totals and fields; corrects routine discrepancies per instructions or routes with notes.

• Contributes small improvements to job aids or templates that reduce rework and submits for approval before adoption.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Less than 2 years of experience in customer service operations, multi-channel inquiry handling, data entry and documentation, basic discrepancy resolution and reconciliation, or queue management within policy-controlled environment required.

• Certification in ITIL 4 Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, HDI Customer Service Representative (or equivalent), COPC Customer Experience Practitioner, or equivalent certification preferred.

Salary Gross Per Month:

EUR 1,483.30- EUR 2,119.00
