GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Provides research, development, and technical support to investigators, physicians and staff.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements and manages the technical aspect of research and development projects. (40%)

• Plans and coordinates all activities pertinent to specific research and development projects. (35%)

• Communicates and collects all relevant data related to R&D projects. (10%)

• Serves as a liaison between clinical staff and research projects. (5%)

• Ensures patient safety, compliance with the protocol and regulatory agencies and adherence to appropriate safety regulations and data integrity. (5%)

• Performs other duties which may include but not limited to mentoring new employees and participating in hospital initiatives. (5%)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related research experience

• 1-3 years’ related experience

• Experience with research processes, including data collection and data entry

• Experience with computer software programs

Preferred

• Master’s degree
