Job Summary

As a Reporting Specialist S2 at SS&C Technologies (S) Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the production and delivery of accurate and timely financial reports for our clients.

This position involves data analysis, report generation, and ensuring compliance with established standards.


What You Will Get To Do:

• Prepare and deliver a variety of financial reports, including but not limited to portfolio performance reports, regulatory reports, and management reports.

• Gather, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of reporting processes and templates to improve efficiency and data quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, client service) to resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.

• Perform quality control checks on all generated reports to ensure adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Support audit requests by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to reporting activities.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting financial reporting.

• Handle client queries related to reports with professionalism and accuracy.

• ***Work hours 9 am - 6 pm Australian time ​***

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within the investment management or financial services industry.

• Strong understanding of financial instruments and investment concepts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) is essential.

• Experience with reporting software or platforms (e.g., Advent Geneva, BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension) is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
