About the role:   

As our Repair Coordinator, you will join our Repair team and coordinate recall requests globally from case creation through to the return of the repaired device. While you will have a chance to work on our Navio product and be part of a project team, you will ensure customers and partners are fully satisfied, receiving timely updates and high-quality repair experience.

Please Note: This is an onsite and fixed-term role (6-months) at our Stockholm office, which is in Östermalm. Therefore, we welcome candidates who are within commuting distance in the Stockholm region.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate the recall repair cycle from incoming repair requests through to the return of repaired devices, including creating and processing repair-related orders.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems by independently updating and completing customer contact and case information.
• Communicate proactively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders via email and chat regarding repair status, next steps, and keep them informed on any delays and resolution timelines.
• Provide shipping documentation and labels required to support the repair process.

What We're Looking For:  

We are looking for a team member who can bring: 

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support, with a focus on resolving technical issues and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with any ERP and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) tools is required. 
• Professional fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English are required.    
• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail, ability to adapt and customer-oriented mindset are required.
