Role Summary

• Maintain and update e-filing priority files, including creating a new weekly tracking document and completing bi-weekly date updates.
• Monitor CPSC registries daily and update the daily tracking file with registry status and required actions.
• Download required reports from Riskonnect and use them to support daily registry and certificate tracking.
• Use digital reporting tools to review test reports, identify required certificates, and ensure CPSC certificate information is accurate, complete, and current.
• Upload new certificates into the e-filing registry and Power BI as part of routine compliance tracking.
• Respond to ad hoc inquiries from Customs Trade and/or brokers in a timely, professional manner.
• Follow up with vendors as needed to obtain missing documentation or clarify certificate requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors, Customs Trade, and brokers.
• Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve questions, gather documentation, and support compliance-related processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage recurring daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and ad hoc tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Comfortable learning and using technology platforms such as Riskonnect, Bamboo Rose, AI tools, Power BI, and e-filing systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain accurate tracking records in a fast-paced compliance environment.
• Must be Philadelphia based.
