Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Support product registration, renewal, amendment, and lifecycle management activities for H&B products in Vietnam, including Animal Nutrition & Health, Grain Processing, and Food Biosciences.
• Conduct regulatory and safety reviews of ingredients, formulations, claims, labels, technical documents, and customer-facing information using established tools, processes, and internal guidance.
• Monitor Vietnam regulatory developments, customs or import-related requirements, product-specific compliance changes, and emerging risks; escalate potential business impact to the broader regulatory team.
• Support innovation projects, product launches, and business continuity activities by identifying regulatory requirements, data needs, risks, and timelines in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
• Maintain close interaction with regional business teams to understand needs, align priorities, and support timely regulatory responses to customer and market requests.
• Evaluate regulatory implications of product, process, manufacturing site, label, documentation, or legal entity changes and support implementation of appropriate regulatory actions.
• Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with relevant local regulatory contacts, industry associations, agencies, consultants, and distributors, as appropriate for the role.
• Ensure accurate tracking of regulatory activities, submissions, approvals, renewals, and commitments in regulatory systems, trackers, and databases.
• Contribute to regional execution of global regulatory strategies and help convert regulatory requirements into clear, practical internal guidance.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Biotechnology or any related field.
• Over 3 years of industry experience in Animal Nutrition & Health, food enzymes, cultures, or similar sectors.
• Strong background in Regulatory Affairs, including registrations, compliance, and risk assessment.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant Vietnam regulations, guidance, and administrative requirements with appropriate support from senior regulatory professionals
• Proven expertise in preparing product registration dossiers and evaluating regulatory impacts of changes.
• Skilled in explaining and defending regulatory positions with continuous knowledge development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and the local language.
• Effective in leading and influencing within matrix organizations; a proactive team player.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
