Job Title: Regional Raw Materials Analyst

The role:
As a Regional Raw Materials Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
Plan & Optimize: Execute regional raw material planning processes and inventory strategies to support customer service, supply continuity, and working capital objectives.
Collaborate Across Functions: Participate in the S&OP process by providing data, analysis, and recommendations on supply scenarios, inventory strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
Engage Suppliers & Partners: Support supplier and subcontractor relationship management activities, helping to monitor capacity alignment, service performance, and execution of supply plans.
Monitor & Improve: Track regional supply chain KPIs, supplier performance, inventory health, and planning effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Supply Risk Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating supply risks through scenario analysis, inventory planning, supplier collaboration, and contingency planning activities.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to supply chain improvement initiatives focused on planning efficiency, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and process standardization.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, or inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
Experience supporting process improvement initiatives is desirable.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
