Join us and make a real difference to how we secure supply, optimise costs, and deliver excellence to our customers.

Your future team

You will join the Regional Procurement team, reporting to the Regional Purchasing Manager for Latin Europe and Romania. The team consists of procurement professionals who describe themselves as "collaborative problem-solvers focused on building long-term supplier partnerships." You will work closely with colleagues across purchasing, operations, quality, finance, and category management—both locally and regionally. One team member notes: "What we value here is that everyone brings a different perspective to sourcing challenges, and we genuinely support each other to find the best solutions for the business and our suppliers."

What you will be doing

  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers, ensuring quality standards, delivery reliability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage suppliers and resolve quality issues, monitoring performance against agreed KPIs and supporting continuous improvement
  • Plan and create purchase orders using our SAP system, monitor order confirmations, track outstanding orders, and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage supplier and article master data, taking responsibility for supplier selection, evaluation, and contract lifecycle management
  • Analyse supply data and performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities; reporting findings to management
  • Collaborate with Category Managers to align local sourcing strategies with regional procurement strategy and operational requirements
  • Monitor market trends and supplier landscape, sharing insights with management to support strategic decision-making
  • Support cross-functional and regional projects as assigned, contributing to ZERO downtime objectives for manufacturing operations

What you bring

You must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Several years of procurement or purchasing experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Solid analytical and data management abilities
  • A good understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
  • Fluent Romanian and English (written and spoken)
  • A structured and organised working approach, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multilingual environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver's licence (occasional travel to supplier sites may be required)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in raw material procurement and sourcing in a manufacturing context
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain optimisation
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO standards)
  • Experience in cost analysis and savings tracking
  • Knowledge of financial modelling tools
  • Experience working with multiple procurement systems and tools

What we're looking for in you:

You are analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by the goal of securing reliable supply at the best value. You build genuine relationships with suppliers based on trust and mutual benefit, and you enjoy problem-solving when challenges arise. You are proactive, willing to learn about market developments and new sourcing opportunities, and keen to contribute ideas that improve our procurement processes. You work well independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on operational excellence.

Please apply with your CV in English.
