About the Role
Veeam, following its acquisition of Securiti AI - the leader in AI-powered data security posture management (DSPM) - is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in this innovative business.
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will own the regional field marketing strategy for APJ, driving pipeline for the combined Securiti AI + Veeam security and data management offering. This is a senior, execution-and-strategy hybrid role: you'll set the regional plan, oversee end-to-end execution and be the primary point of coordination between Sales, Channel and extended global and regional marketing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own the regional field marketing plan and budget for APJ aligned to Sales pipeline targets.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to translate territory priorities and target accounts into marketing programs.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across ABM, field events, executive programs, trade shows, and webinars that position the combined Securiti AI + Veeam value proposition.
- Develop joint marketing initiatives with GSIs, regional integrators, VARs, and cloud partners active in the region.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, BDRs, Channels, Alliances, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Communications, and subject matter experts.
- Report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI against the targets above; adjust regional investment mix quarterly based on results.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or partner marketing, ideally in enterprise security, cloud, or data management.
- Demonstrated ownership of a regional or segment budget.
- Experience running MDF or co-op fund programs, including compliance and ROI reporting - not just awareness of the concept.
- Track record of measurable pipeline contribution
- Strong stakeholder management with senior Sales leaders and cross-functional peers, in a multi-brand or post-acquisition environment.
- Experience marketing through a merger, acquisition, or brand-integration period.
- Customer advocacy program experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
What You’ll Get
- 15 to 21 annual vacation days (based on role level), plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares
- Private medical plan for employees and eligible dependents, including major medical, hospital, surgical, and outpatient coverage
- Dental insurance with comprehensive coverage for employees and dependents
- Annual wellbeing allowance for health and wellness support
- Life and accident insurance for added financial protection
- Opportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops, and learning events like our annual Global Day of Learning
