Regional Director

What You’ll Do
Sell Canvas to new clients across the assigned territory
Provide valuable insights to help prospects evaluate different solutions effectively
Prepare and tailor messaging for prospective clients, guiding them through the purchasing process to meet agreed-upon timelines
Accurately forecast your quarterly and annual performance
Develop sales strategies to increase your client pipeline and drive growth
Navigate complex organizations to build relationships with key decision-makers and buyers
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas within the specified time frames
Collaborate with other Regional Directors and clients in the field to gain referrals and expand market share
Log accurate account and activity information into Salesforce CRM in a timely manner
What You’ll Need
5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS
Experience selling at all levels, including to “C” suite and executive stakeholders
Understanding of educational pedagogy and the process of selling an LMS is a plus
Excellent strategic and consultative sales skills; Challenger Sales Methodology training strongly preferred
Ability to conduct detailed needs analysis and develop comprehensive proposals
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Located in Texas
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field preferred
