• 9-month Fixed-term/Parental Leave cover, based in Charlestown
• Creating a positive first impression for all clients/visitors of the Centre on a face to face and over the phone basis, assisting visitors in ensuring they are greeted appropriately, provided with refreshments when required and directed to the appropriate person within the centre; 

• Providing administrative support to the site team including but not limited to; making client appointments, greeting clients, collecting client personal data and relevant insurance information,  

• Ensure all relevant paperwork is ready for clinic attendance by prosthetists. 

• Confirm client appointments for clinics. 

• Ensuring that all enquiries from clients/visitors are attended to in a timely manner; 

• Going to the post office daily or as required; 

• Ordering and receiving daily; 

• Sorting all incoming mail to the centre (via the post or electronic communication) and responding where needed in an appropriate timeframe; 

• Performing weekly stock-take of kitchen, facilities, workshop inventories and replenishing as required;  

• Ensuring that all filing is up to date as required; 

• Prioritising work commitments and ensuring daily workflows are managed effectively; 

• Establishing and improving internal systems and processes to ensure they constantly meet the internal needs of the Company as well as the changing external funding body requirements; 

• Sending prescriptions/assessment forms to the relevant departments where required; 

• Organising and coordinating Clinic visits as required; 

• Ensuring positive communication between the admin teams and other teams to promote a positive office environment; 

• Ensuring that all behavior is in line with the company’s values, Code of Conduct and other relevant policies; 

• Other tasks as directed within scope of role and responsibility level.
