Schedule
Full-Time
- Monday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Contact patients who are due or overdue for hygiene and treatment appointments
- Build and maintain a productive recall schedule
- Answer patient questions and provide outstanding customer service
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance when needed and assist with patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and recall systems
- Work closely with the clinical team to keep the schedule efficient and productive
- Build lasting relationships that encourage patients to return for ongoing care
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience (required)
- Experience with recall systems, scheduling, and dental insurance
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- A friendly, energetic, and patient-focused personality
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport with patients
- Multilingual candidates are an asset
