• Lead a team and manage their performance through objective setting and development of training plans focusing on developing expertise and teamwork to maximize motivation and engagement.
• Deputising as required for the GOHSU Team Leader
• Developing and championing scale-up understanding and process development, overseeing operations to ensure safe and compliant use of equipment.
• Creating, reviewing, and approving documents, including batch documentation, experimental plans/reports, change controls, deviations, technical rationales, and investigation reports.
• Exercising a wide degree of independent technical sophistication in accomplishing assigned tasks.
• Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical/material risk assessments (TRA/MRA) from an equipment and process perspective.

• Degree level and relevant experience
• Ability to motivate and prioritize the work of subordinates and manage their efficiency to meet requirements.
• Ability to coach and mentor and a commitment to helping others with personal development.
• Ability to work independently within the agreed boundaries for the given role.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems, preferably with SAP being an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2 level).
• Experience working with Excel/other relevant spreadsheet systems.
• Experience with Oral Health products -good to have
• Experience operating in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Experience meeting cGMP requirements related to manufacturing, equipment, and operations.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to learn, build skills, and share knowledge.
• Demonstrate the ability to solve problems using innovative thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others, extending across multiple organizational levels.

EUR 3 017,25 - EUR 4 148,74 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
