Hledáme pečlivého, analyticky uvažujícícho a na detail orientovaného kolegu, který posílí náš tým v oddělení Inženýrinku ve společnosti Copeland Flow Controls Czech s.r.o. v Kolíně. Vaším úkolem bude provádět rozměrové kontroly výrobků pomocí běžných měřicích přístrojů a 3D souřadnicových měřicích strojů (CMM). Podporovat výrobu zajištěním souladu výrobků s výkresovou dokumentací, technickými specifikacemi a požadavky na kvalitu.
Klíčové odpovědnosti:
Provádění rozměrových kontrol pomocí standardních měřicích přístrojů a zařízení CMM
Měření dílů pomocí posuvných měřítek, mikrometrů, výškoměrů, úchylkoměrů, kalibrů a dalších přesných měřicích nástrojů
Čtení a interpretace technických výkresů a specifikací za účelem ověření shody výrobků
Zaznamenávání, vyhodnocování a reportování výsledků měření
Identifikace odchylek a neshod a komunikace zjištění příslušným oddělením
Údržba a kalibrace měřicích zařízení v souladu s předepsanými termíny a normami
Podpora aktivit v oblasti zajištění kvality a neustálého zlepšování
Spolupráce s výrobou, oddělením kvality, nákupem a technickým oddělením při řešení problémů s kvalitou
Zajištění souladu se systémem managementu kvality, interními postupy a předpisy společnosti, bezpečnostními požadavky a předpisy v oblasti požární ochrany a ochrany životního prostředí
Požadované kvalifikace a zkušenosti:
Středoškolské technické vzdělání (strojírenství nebo obdobný technický obor)
Schopnost číst a interpretovat výkresovou dokumentaci a technické podklady
Základní znalost rozměrového měření pomocí běžných měřicích přístrojů
Pečlivost, přesnost a smysl pro detail
Dobré organizační a komunikační schopnosti
Schopnost pracovat samostatně i v týmu
Proaktivní přístup a ochota učit se novým věcem
Výborná znalost českého jazyka slovem i písmem
Základní znalost anglického jazyka, zejména schopnost číst technickou dokumentaci
Výhodou bude:
Znalost geometrických tolerancí (GD&T)
Zkušenosti s CMM
