Job Description:
- Manage supplier operational performance, acting as the focal point towards suppliers and ensuring On-Time and On-Quality deliveries, while providing internal customers with the appropriate level of visibility and protection.
- Monitor and resolve supply chain deviations, leading recovery plans and implementing containment actions to minimize operational and programme impact.
- Ensure product conformity according to the defined quality inspection plan, performing the required quality inspections up to product delivery and attesting conformity against the approved design when applicable.
- Manage quality issues and non-conformities, interacting with suppliers as an escalation point and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with transversal departments, including customer protection and secondary flows.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, optimize stock levels and exchange best practices across the organization.
- Monitor supplier and operational performance through KPIs, supporting vendor management, service-level monitoring and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering and Programme teams while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and applicable external regulations.

- Education: Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: Experience in Supply Chain, Quality, supplier management or related industrial environments. General knowledge of Supply Chain and previous experience within Airbus Defence and Space or its ecosystem will be highly valued.
- Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, team spirit and excellent collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in complex, multidisciplinary and international environments.
- Languages: Advanced level of English and Spanish (C1).
- Technical knowledge: Knowledge of supply chain management, supplier performance, quality conformity, non-conformity management, KPIs and continuous improvement processes.
- Valuable / Nice to have: Negotiation skills and previous experience working with suppliers within Airbus Defence and Space or its ecosystem will be valued.
- Other requirements: Valid driving licence.
