Publishing Manager (L3)

As a Publishing Manager at Tamatem, you will own the publishing strategy and execution for a live title or support an existing manager. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, community, and product, ensuring our games resonate with players, reach the right audiences, and achieve strong commercial performance.

You will take responsibility for day-to-day publishing operations, GTM planning, and player engagement, working cross-functionally to ensure campaigns, liveops, and content align with both player needs and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Game Launch & GTM
1. Drive go-to-market strategies for assigned titles, ensuring campaigns are localized, creative, and aligned with target player groups.
• Publishing Operations
1. Own day-to-day publishing execution (liveops calendars, event launches, campaign tracking).
2. Collaborate with external product managers or developers to ensure publishing plans complement in-game features and updates.
• Community & Player Insights
1. Work with community managers to engage players and gather, structure and surfacing player feedback.
2. Translate player insights into actionable publishing strategies.
• Market & Commercial Awareness
1. Monitor competitor launches and market trends in the MENA region. 
2. Benchmarking features, pricing, and market trends.
3. Support revenue optimization through pricing, promotions, and offer design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
1. Align with UA, creative, localization, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
2. Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners (where applicable).

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in game publishing, product marketing, or related roles.
• Experience executing marketing or publishing campaigns for digital products, preferably mobile games.
• Strong understanding of player behavior, market trends, and community dynamics in MENA.
• Solid project management skills: ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and deliver on deadlines. Someone who gets things done.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
