Your Role Accountabilities
- Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.e. invoice processing, query management, purchase request and PO processing etc.).
- Review open items on the GR/IR account.
- Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications.
- Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems.
- Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP S4, Ariba, SAP ECC) for non-content spend.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working within Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.
- Knowledge of PTP systems and technologies including SAP S4, Ariba, SAP ECC, APEX.
- Understanding of SOX compliance requirements and financial controls environments.
- Experience supporting system implementations, testing activities or integration projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
