Now we're looking for a Promo Manager to join our dynamic team. We need someone who can design engaging promo mechanics, appreciates a systematic approach, and wants to see the real impact of their work. You’ll have the space to bring your ideas to life, work alongside great pros, and grow a product in the iGaming niche.

Requirements

🧭 What makes you a great match:

• 1–2 years of experience in iGaming as a Promo, CRM, or Retention Manager;
• Hands-on experience with gamification, loyalty programs, missions, tournaments, and other player engagement mechanics;
• Solid understanding of wagering requirements, cashback, free spins, loyalty programs, tournaments, jackpots, and lotteries;
• Understanding of bonus economics, bonus issuance, and the impact of promotions on business performance;
• Strong knowledge of key iGaming metrics, including GGR, NGR, bonus cost, retention, conversion, ARPU, and LTV;
• Ability to work with analytics dashboards and turn data into actionable insights;
• Experience briefing and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

📅 Your daily adventures include:

•  Developing promotional campaigns, including concepts, bonuses, mechanics, and target segments;
• Creating and managing the promotional calendar;
• Designing tournaments and in-game events, including mechanics, eligibility requirements, prize pool calculations, and prize distribution;
• Selecting relevant offers for different player segments and cohorts;
• Planning communication campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Content, and Design;
• Running A/B tests and conducting post-campaign analysis;
• Evaluating bonus economics, issuance, and promotional effectiveness;
• Preparing performance reports and recommendations to optimize promotional mechanics.
