Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end project delivery within the Wealth & Investment services domain.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology, and product teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide regular status updates, governance reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to wealth/investment domain.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager in the Wealth & Investment domain.
• Strong understanding of wealth / investment products
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple product teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Key Competencies

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, SAFe, or Agile Scrum Master are an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Strategic thinking with execution focus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
