Overview

We are seeking a Project Assistant Energy – Remote. This remote position is located out of our Oak Ridge, TN office.

Your role

• Provides administrative support to Programs and Projects within the Commercial Nuclear organization using standard office equipment, corporate systems, processes, policies and procedures. 

• Performs document/procedure preparation, record keeping, organizing and distributing project information.

• Composes correspondence and reports.

• Proofs and edits documents as necessary.

• Maintains correspondence control logs.

• Schedules appointments and meetings.

• Prepares meeting minutes, action logs, letters and other types of written material.

• Completes word processing for projects, including specifications, reports, white papers and calculations.

• Creates and maintains databases and spreadsheets as required.

• Performs setup for visitor/customer visits and plans special events as directed by management.

• Maintains project SharePoint sites.

• Prepares purchase requisitions.

• Develop/maintain onboarding packages and checklists for new staff.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

About you

• Requires high school diploma, or equivalent.

• A minimum of 5 years administrative experience.

• Effective time management and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize workload.

• Substantial computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized.

• Experience with highly-regulated environments having significant security, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.

• Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered.

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $42,000 - $71,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
