Our team in Serbia is growing rapidly and we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project administrator to be based in Belgrade. Our future colleague will work closely with the Installation team and stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate brings excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will do - Key responsibilities:

• Preparing installation documents for installers & subcontractors
• Printing installation instructions
• Preparation and follow-up of completion certificates (basis for invoicing)
• Assembling handover documentations for customers and managing handover
• Ordering, management, communication with notified bodies in Serbia and preparation of inspections, management of defect lists.
• Support installation supervisors and project manager in daily tasks.
• Ordering contact measuring in case of every project
• Verification of bank statements in case of receipt of advance payment
• Customer invoicing - sending the prepared data by SSC
• Customer account complaint handling
• Subcontract preparation
• PR-PO preparation for all subcontractors and suppliers for all projects Post installation reporting per network per KONE installer
• Managing the audit of safety documents
• Coordinating quality feedback for 4 installation managers and 1 project manager

Ideal Skills, Education and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in construction or a related industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in working with large amounts of complex data and information from a variety of sources
• High attention to detail
