Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• Substantial experience in office management, workplace operations or related programme delivery

• Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience of RFP processes and implementation of complex software solutions

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver to tight timelines

• Proven ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously and effectively

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and business reporting (Excel, or equivalent tools)

What type of work will I be doing?

Procurement & Vendor Management
 

Strategy

• Enhance the firm’s procurement strategy, policies, and processes in collaboration with Risk and Finance teams, as required.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the central procurement team and key local buyers to identify and realise procurement opportunities

• Support the development and implementation of procurement initiatives that drive value and compliance.
   

Vendor Management – Travel & Mobile Services

• Perform the local procurement lead role for all travel and mobile services procurement activities.

• Manage the supplier relationships with our mobile services provider and travel management company, including commercial and performance review meetings and contract oversight.

• Engage with the central travel procurement team to deliver cost savings across airline, car hire, and hotel programmes.

• Partner strategically with our travel management company to drive innovation, implement initiatives, and deliver consistent reporting.
   

RE&WS Reporting & Technology

• Identify, assess and implement relevant workplace reporting dashboards and technologies to deliver the RE&WS Strategy.

• Lead the implementation of online travel booking tools to enhance employee experience whilst ensuring adherence to applicable compliance and reporting requirements.

The hiring manager is an experienced leader in the Real Estate & Workplace Solutions team.  They lead with a collaborative and inclusive style, valuing open communication, continuous learning, and empowering their team to deliver strategic & operational projects.

Where is this role based?
 

This role is based in Dublin operating within a hybrid working model that combines office presence with flexible remote working. This role will be 3 days a week in the office. Please check  Deloitte Works webpage  for further information.
