TITLE: Professional Services Project Manager

GRADE: 9

LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia

Working hours: 2pm - 10pm (CET)

Job Description Summary:

Assigned to projects to manage solution delivery and services activities. Coordinates delivery activities with Sales, Program Manager, Practice lead and core team members. Creates and manages the Project Plan/Schedule and integrates the Development project schedule into the overall project schedule. Works with Practice Partners and Resource Managers to assign project teams. Defines and coordinates activities for all internal and external solution delivery resources.

Functional knowledge:

• Client Relationship Management

• Project Management Best Practices, tools and frameworks

• CAPM to PMP certification preferred

Representative Responsibility:

• English - written and oral - mandatory

• Coordinates cross-disciplinary Professional Services delivery activities with the Program Manager

• Completes or tracks completion of project tasks; escalates assignment conflicts and issues

• Works with Professional Services Practice leadership team to generate estimates for project work

• Manages the Change Control Process

• Enforces NCR Atleos Global PMO processes as well as Delivery Methodology

• Creates and manages the PS delivery detailed project plan including Work-Breakdown-Structures for all tasks and activities

• Escalates poor team performance to PS management team

• Provides weekly internal project status reports to PS Partner, PS Practice Lead and Program Manager outlining activities performed and planned, as well as dependencies and risks

• Tracks and documents project's lessons learned

• Has an in-depth understanding of all project budgets and changes

• Identifies and manages engagement Risks and Issues

• Regularly monitors assigned project completion against schedule and budget

• Manages project invoices, revenue recognition and forecasting

Basic requirements:

• English - written and oral - mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree or relative work experience – mandatory

• MS Office

• Professional Services/Project Management knowledge

• Operational responsibility within the Professional Services industry preferable

• Ability to present information in a consistent, organized and accurate manner

• Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills interfacing with both internal and external management

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with limited management supervision
