We are seeking Production Technicians for our First Quality Baby Products facility located in Macon, GA.  

Starting pay for these entry level positions is $20/hour.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Operate high speed manufacturing equipment
• Work with a close knit team in a fast paced environment
• Observe safety rules and maintain quality standards for our product
• Serve as the first level of preventive maintenance operations

In our work environment, you will need to be able and willing to:

• Walk and stand for a 12 hour period
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 50lb
• Keep your work area swept and cleaned
• Learn a lot of new information in a short period of time
• Ask lots of questions and take initiative to learn more
• Take direction from leaders
• Work a rotating shift that includes a combination of days and nights, holidays, and weekends

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Be 18 years of age
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
