Reimagine What’s Possible 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

-Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Shaoxing site such that EH&S performance continually improvements and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries.

-Facilitate attainment of operations excellence and customer satisfaction via operations productivity, reliability, quality, cost reduction, services, continuous improvements, and meeting of budgets.

-Initiate and facilitate the use of AP global best practices in EH&S, Ops, and Engineering in Shaoxing site.

-Develop/train and promote top performing operating people who are competent in Operation, achieve success through teams, trustworthy, customer and employee focused, openly communicate, performance driven and result oriented.

-Work closely with business areas and project development engineering to identify and win expansion projects.

-Closely interface with Engineering and Sales group on project cost reduction and plant operation reliability and safety performance to insure our competitiveness in the market place.

-Closely interface with customers, to maintain close relation with customer. Get involved with customers’ routine and growth demand.

-Provide effective leadership to the Eton operating teams to ensure the Eton is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor+ degree in chemical engineering /process minimum, Diploma in same as min 5+ years in gas, petrochemical or related industries in operations.

-Preferably 5+ years in line management of process operations/engineering, must have extensive coordination experience in a multi team environment.

-Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and customer relation skill. Excellent communication and coordination skills，able to handle high level communication with customer.

-Wide technical knowledge in gas operations and engineering.

-Good written and spoken English is preferred.
