This position will be responsible for daily production of critical, time-sensitive mail pieces with a focused emphasis on the timely execution of contractual agreements with our clients. The position will include both machine operation of digital printing and mailing equipment, as well as manual processes as part of the daily requirements of production.

Essential Functions

• Ability to repair minor issues with production printers.

• Ability to repair minor issues with production printers.

• Prepares and verifies all necessary documentation for daily.

• Monitors and executes Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

• Monitors supplies and notifies Site Manager when supply is low.

• Adheres to all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

• Prints, inserts, onserts, with 100% Quality Assurance, and shipping of direct mail packages.

• Scans and releases mailbooks.

• Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education

Experience

• Experience in print or mail production environment required.

• Compensation: $17.00-$22.84/hour

Working Conditions

This position is based in a warehouse environment and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical activity throughout the workday. Work is performed in a fast-paced, industrial setting with frequent movement and interaction with equipment and materials. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots may be required. Employees must follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Occasional overtime, weekend shifts, or holiday work may be required based on operational needs. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to meet business needs and team collaboration. Employees must comply with company policies regarding data security, time tracking, and collaboration tools across all work environments.

Physical Demands and Activities

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and constantly operate a computer and other office equipment using hands and fingers for fine manipulation, including keyboarding and mouse use. The employee must occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, such as files and small parcels and/or move boxes weighing up to 50lbs. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing may be required depending on the nature of the work. The employee must be able to safely operate heavy machinery and/or power tools as part of their regular job duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g. computer screen).
