Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Nixon Medical is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team in Cleburne, Texas. In this role, you will help ensure healthcare providers receive clean, high-quality medical garments and linens. This position plays an important part in supporting the healthcare industry by maintaining the quality and reliability of essential medical textiles.

This is a fast-paced, active position that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting daily production goals.

Overview

Production Associates support daily operations by sorting, processing, and inspecting medical textiles while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role involves standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks while collaborating with teammates to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare medical garments and linens for processing
• Operate industrial laundry and production equipment to clean, press, and package items
• Inspect items to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production quotas
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment with daily quotas
• Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift and lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Ability to work in a team setting where overall success depends on individual productivity
• Ability to work the scheduled shift: 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
