At P&G, we believe in giving interns the same real-life business problems to work on as our full-time colleagues.  

To give you a flavour, these are some of the projects and results that our ex-interns have worked on:  

• Identified 10% cost savings opportunity on customization spend for their business unit and/or category 

• Designed supply chain network for category products from Japan to APAC to reduce lead time by 1 month  

• Automated report generation and inventory analysis to drive productivity improvement and inventory reduction  

What we offer: 

• Responsibilities from Day 1 – You will start of working on key brands from the beginning. Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and ownership of a brand will quickly grow. 

• Work on impactful projects that will enable better inventory management, lower costs & excellent service to customers, across various PS functions such as Supply Network, Purchasing, Manufacturing & more.

Job Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree  

• Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills  

• Problem solving via innovation creativity  

• Strong thinking/analytical skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude  

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment  

• You are a penultimate year student graduating between December 2027 to July 2028
