What will you be doing?

We're looking for a talented Product Specialist to join our Sports Medicine team. In this role, you'll help shape and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand and adoption of our Sports Medicine portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who is passionate about healthcare innovation, customer insight and bringing products to market through impactful campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.

What will you need to be successful?

·       Supporting the development and execution of product marketing plans and integrated campaigns.

·       Gathering and analysing market, customer, competitor and sales insights to identify growth opportunities.

·       Developing compelling product positioning, value propositions and value-based messaging.

·       Supporting product lifecycle management activities, including launches, portfolio updates and market adoption initiatives.

·       Creating sales enablement tools, customer engagement programmes and training materials.

·       Monitoring campaign, launch and adoption performance and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

·       Working closely with global, regional and local stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.

·       Ensuring all marketing materials and activities comply with company policies, brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Successful candidates would need the following:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline

·       2-4 years' experience in product marketing, product management, sales enablement or a related commercial role.

·       Experience within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry is preferred.

·       Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns or market development activities.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
