YOUR NEW TEAM

In this role as Product Owner - Registration Route & AB Testing, you will have the opportunity to thrive in an environment that blends the agility of a FinTech company with the stability of a market leader. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Own the onboarding journey from users landing on the landing page, through registration route until they see first loan offers
• Work closely with a cross-functional team incl. Engineering, Design and Data to run A/B tests, implement the results of experiments and ensure smooth product rollouts
• Make sure the team is meeting deadlines and shipping with high quality by directly doing QA testing
• Build strong relationships and proactively communicate with Marketing as well the other product teams to create a shared understanding of impact of team performance on KPIs and generated learnings
• Define, monitor and analyze performance metrics of AB tests to identify improvement opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

Must-Haves:

• Several years of experience in a similar Product-oriented role, including experience with AB testing, Analytics and QA processes, as well as collaboration with UX Design. 
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style, focusing on data-driven process improvement and actionable recommendations.
• Quick comprehension, hands-on mentality, and ability to find and implement pragmatic solutions.
• High IT and internet affinity, interest in digital trends, and willingness to engage in technical topics for effective communication with IT.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit to ensure effective coordination in a dynamic environment and achieve quick, measurable results.
• Fluent in English (German desirable).
• Passionate about optimization: You see feedback as a tool for personal growth and process improvement 

Nice to have:

• Professional background in the FinTech, banking, or equally relevant financial sector.
• Experience in agile and lean product management methods.
