Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, your day revolves around championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. You actively shape and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Throughout the day, you facilitate continuous feedback cycles, validating ideas and adapting strategies to meet evolving needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is central to your role, as you guide the product development process to deliver meaningful and timely solutions that resonate with users and stakeholders alike.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and strategic pivots.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management.
- Strong skills in backlog management and prioritization techniques.
- Experience in applying human-centered design principles to product development.
- Ability to conduct and interpret recurrent feedback loops for iterative product improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Software Product Management.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
