Werde Teil unseres Product Compliance Teams und unterstütze die sichere und regelkonforme Einführung autonomer Fahrzeuge auf öffentlichen Straßen.
Als Product Compliance Manager übernimmst du eine zentrale Expertenrolle an den Schnittstellen von Entwicklung, Technischen Diensten und Genehmigungs- und Zulassungsbehörden. Du unterstützt als Compliance Coach du die Entwicklung und den Betrieb autonomer Fahrzeuge durch deine umfassende Expertise im Bereich Zulassung, Technischer Dienst und regulatorische Anforderungen für automatisierte und autonome Fahrfunktionen.
Dein Fachwissen trägt maßgeblich dazu bei, regulatorische Anforderungen frühzeitig in die Entwicklung zu integrieren und Genehmigungs- sowie Zulassungsprozesse erfolgreich zu gestalten.
Deine Aufgaben
- Ansprechpartner und Compliance Coach für Entwicklungs- und Fachbereiche in regulatorischen Fragestellungen
- Interpretation und Bewertung nationaler und internationaler Vorschriften zum autonomen und automatisierten Fahren
- Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Genehmigungsstellen und Technischen Diensten
- Fachliche Begleitung von Genehmigungs-, Zulassungs- und Homologationsaktivitäten
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Abstimmung regulatorischer Nachweise und Dokumentationen
- Bewertung von Änderungen hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen auf bestehende Zulassungen und Genehmigungen
- Unterstützung bei Audits, Inspektionen und behördlichen Prüfungen
Was du mitbringst
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem der Bereiche:
- Fahrzeugzulassung
- Homologation
- Technischer Dienst
- Product Compliance oder Regulatory Compliance
- Automatisiertes bzw. autonomes Fahren
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen für automatisierte und autonome Fahrfunktionen
- Kenntnisse zur Definition und Bewertung der Fahraufgabe autonomer Fahrzeuge
- Fähigkeit, komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen verständlich an technische Fachbereiche zu vermitteln
- Hohes Maß an Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Erfahrung mit Genehmigungen nach nationalen und internationalen Regelwerken für automatisiertes und autonomes Fahren
- Praktische Zusammenarbeit mit Technischen Diensten im Rahmen von Nachweis- und Prüfaktivitäten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
