Job Overview:
 

As a Principal Graphic Designer in CureMD's Marketing Department, you will serve as the creative authority for visual communication across the organization. Working closely with the Design, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams, you will lead the conceptualization, design strategy, and execution of high-impact visual assets that strengthen CureMD's brand and support business objectives.
 

This role is responsible for setting creative direction, maintaining design excellence, and driving innovation across digital and print media. You will transform CureMD's award-winning Practice Management, Electronic Health Records, and Revenue Cycle Management solutions into compelling visual experiences while ensuring consistency with the organization's brand identity.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction, conceptualization, and execution of high-impact digital and print assets, including social media campaigns, websites, presentations, sales collateral, proposals, reports, event branding, and marketing campaigns.

• Define and maintain CureMD's visual identity and design standards across all internal and external communications.

• Translate complex business and technical concepts into compelling visual stories using design, illustration, typography, animation, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

• Communicate creative concepts, design rationale, and project direction effectively to stakeholders and leadership.

• Drive innovative visual storytelling through sketches, storyboards, event branding, booth designs, motion graphics, presentations, and multimedia assets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive visual strategies that support marketing, product launches, employer branding, and corporate communications.

• Evaluate emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and new technologies to continuously improve design quality, efficiency, and innovation.
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Art, Media & Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional commercial design experience, preferably within a marketing department, creative agency, or technology organization.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and related design tools.

• Extensive knowledge of branding, visual identity systems, typography, layout design, motion graphics, print production, digital media, and user-centered design principles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
