The Practice Manager has a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing caregivers, optimizing workflow efficiency and quality, and ensuring exceptional patient care delivery. Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school Diploma or equivalent
Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
Experience:
1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education is met
Skills, Knowledge Abilities:
Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals.
Problem-solving: Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
