What your new challenge will look like 

You’ll be joining the optaire by 4flow team, our AI-native logistics platform for supply chain planning and execution. As a Presales Consultant, you’ll partner with sales and prospective customers across all stages of sales cycle — leading discovery conversations, designing tailored solutions, demonstrating the value of optaire in solving complex supply chain challenges, and supporting successful solution implementations.

• Act as a bridge between customer needs and product innovation, helping to validate new functionality through early customer engagements.

• Play a key role in scaling our presales motion for a product that is not just an evolution, but a ground-up new software platform.

• This role will contribute into product marketing — without being a core responsibility.”

Key Responsibilities:  

• Prepare and execute customer product demonstrations at various stages of the sales process.

• Design tailored demos that align with customer needs, leveraging our logistics and supply chain products.

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to executive and technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and understand customer business challenges, Supply Chain workflows, and technical environments.

• Understand/Discover customer needs and pain points and their business outcomes they are looking to achieve.

• Translate customer business needs into solution requirements and act as a bridge between sales, products, and other groups.

• Scope and support execution of customer POCs and customer engagement through full sales lifecycle.

• Partner with customers to define and establish clear business value metrics and KPIs aligned to the success of the new solution.

• Support RFP/RFI responses with clear technical and functional content.

• Provide market feedback on product roadmap.

• Contribute in the process improvement for Presales frameworks.

Why you belong at 4flow 

• 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or solution engineering, preferably in logistics, Supply chain for enterprise SaaS.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, order management, etc.).

• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or related enterprise platforms, including hands on Implementation. Integration experience is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting—building processes, collaborating across regions, and wearing multiple hats.

• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
