WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Receive, respond and analyze transportation claims
- Connect with transportation suppliers to discuss service performance and create action plans
- Follow-up on action plans with the carriers and action implementation
- Prepare carriers and countries service analysis
- Respond in a timely manner to customer service and follow-up quickly on urgent issues
ABOUT YOU
- Be in the final year of a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
- Be eligible to complete an internship agreement with your university for 30 to 35 hours per week
- Possess strong analytical skills and a solid command of Excel.
- Have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Be proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Have a minimum English proficiency level of B2 - French is a strong plus
