Work You’ll Do:

您将要做的工作：

1.    Make purchasing plan and production plan based on sales order, service order and capacity.
基于销售订单、客服订单和产能，制定采购计划和生产计划；
2.    Based on sales orders, service orders, and procurement or production lead times, as well as supply chain fluctuations, analyze inventory turnover rates, set safety stock levels, optimize delivery period, and meet urgent demands.
依据销售订单、客服订单和采购或生产前置时间，以及供应链的波动情况，分析库周周转率，设定安全库存，以优化交付周期，及满足紧急需求；
3.    Work closely with Technology, Operation, Procurement Departments to control on-time deliveries, track order implementation and release order schedule status to Sales and Service.
与技术部、运营部、采购部等紧密合作控制准时交货，跟踪订单执行情况，并及时向销售部门和客服部门释放订单的进度状况；
4.    Based on past orders, sales and service order forecast, etc., build up data analysis framework to adjust production plan, to balance implementation of production plan and material plan.
根据以往订单、销售及客服订单的预测等，建立数据分析框架，调整生产计划，以平衡生产计划和物料计划的执行；
5.    Analyze production and assembly material shortages on a weekly basis, communicate with relevant departments, and determine remedial measures.
每周分析生产及装配物料短缺的情况，与相关部门沟通，确定补救措施；
6.    Calculate the on-time delivery rate, analyze the number of days of delay and the reasons, and communicate with relevant departments on possible improvement measures.
统计OTD，分析延期的天数，及延期的原因，与相关部门沟通可能的改进措施；
7.    Control and manage inventory, analyze monthly material inflows and outflows, and continuously optimize inventory structure.
控制管理库存，分析每月物料进出量，不断优化库存结构；
8.    Monitor the turnover of warehouse materials set by the sales department or customer service department for the project, analyze and promote the improvement of material turnover rate.
监控销售部或客服部为项目设定的库房物料的周转情况，分析并推动提高物料的周转率；
9.    Monitor order changes or BOM changes that result in idle materials, and monthly analyze them with relevant departments to seek solutions, such as implementing downgrading, restructuring, etc.
监控指令变更或BOM变更导致的呆滞物料，并每月与相关部门分析，寻求解决方案，如实施降级、改制等措施；
10.    Monitor the integrity of shipping equipment, digitally monitor the rate of missing parts in shipments, assign responsibility to the relevant departments, and seek improvement measures.
监控发货设备的完整性，数据化监控发货缺件比率，并落实到责任部门，寻求改善措施；
11.    Realize visualization, intelligence data analysis, to gain automatic daily or weekly or monthly report, provide relevant dept. to monitor the execution of production plan and material plan implementation, inventory status and team performance.
实现可视化、智能化数据分析，自动生成日报或周报或月报，为相关部门提供生产计划及物料计划执行情况、库存状况和团队绩效的监控；
12.    Any other tasks assigned by the Department Manager

Basic Qualifications:

基本素质：

1.    Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, industry engineering or production / material planning / management field.
本科及以上学历，机械工程、工业工程或生产/物料计划/管理专业；
2.    5+ years of production/material planning in machinery field in foreign invested companies. Work experience in plastic machinery industry will be a plus.
5年以上外资机械行业生产/物料计划工作经验。有塑料机械行业工作经验者优先；
3.    With good understanding of planning, manufacturing, assembly, logistic, inventory process and cost structure. 
对计划，制造，装配，物流，库存流程和成本结构有很好的理解；
4.    Excellent on excel. Working experience on using data visualization, automation, analytics tools & databases.
擅长使用excel。有使用数据可视化，自动化，分析工具和数据库的工作经验；
5.    Experience of working with any ERP system. 
有使用ERP系统的经验；
6.    Outstanding team working spirit and excellent communication skills.
具有优秀的团队合作精神和沟通能力；
7.    Fluent English writing and reading.
英文读写流利；
8.    Very good in SAP or other ERP, related knowledge.
熟练掌握SAP或其他ERP相关知识；
9.    Data analysis tools, e.g. power BI, VBA.
能使用数据分析工具，如power BI, VBA.
10.    General understanding of business process including production process, with machinery production technical background.
了解业务流程，包括生产流程，具有机械生产技术背景。

Preferred Qualifications:

Certificate in Material planning, Inventory management would be a plus.
